WordPress Tech Lead - Front End

Job Overview and Role:

A WordPress Frontend Tech Lead is a key role in a development team responsible for leading and overseeing the frontend development aspects of WordPress-based projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure that the frontend components of WordPress websites or applications are well-designed, performant, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Basic PHP, and related frontend technologies.
• Proven experience as a Leading team or similar role in WordPress development.
• Possess knowledge of different WordPress page builders like Elementor, DIVI, Beaver Builder, Oxygen builder
• Familiarity with Sass and Less CSS for advanced styling and code management.
• Showcase expertise in creating custom animations using CSS and jQuery for enhanced user experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress, its theming system, and plugin architecture.
• Extensive experience in WooCommerce customization, including theme development and plugin integration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for frontend development.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Oversee the implementation of responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
