Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in WordPress development.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, customization, and optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Basic PHP
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
